LI - Low Intensity

Grassland Fitness has changed how I view working out completely. I’ve learned how important it is to strengthen and stretch your body and muscles. I love the community this program creates and the fact that each class is different so I never get bored! I’m so excited about the results that I’m seeing and the self confidence that is growing!
The fitness classes at GDA have given me so many wonderful relationships, a reason to dance on a regular basis, confidence and RESULTS you can see in your body, mind and heart. They’re fun, challenging and such a great balance of cardio, toning, Pilates, abs, stretching and dancing. I’m challenged each time, get a full body workout, but never too drained to go about my day of work and mom-life.
I loved the class! It was nice to change it up from my regular workout. I worked different muscles than I normally do with my standard Orange Theory workout.

If I had to write only one sentence to describe the class I would say that it was a fun and energetic workout targeting specific muscle groups.
My calves hurt this morning! I thought the workout was great. I loved the combination of cardio, dance steps, weight training, and stretch. Very effective for getting it all done in one hour!
My favorite thing about the fitness class at GDA is not only did I get an amazing workout, but Maureen educated us along the way about each exercise and the benefits is had on our body.
