September 7th No Classes - Labor Day
Please be sure to keep us updated on how you would like to pay tuition. We apologize for giving the wrong information initially, however to use our Pay Pal feature online there is a 2.9% charge. Please note you will be charged this fee the following month if using Pay Pal. If you have signed up with us to use Pay Pal please ensure you have marked this and we will add the 2.9% charge to your monthly tuition. This is in effect for September tuition.
Make Up Classes
If your child is absent please find the class that is appropriate to your child’s age on the off day your child comes to class. You can make up your classes anytime before the end of the year. We do not adjust tuition for absences, holiday closings and/or weather closings. When we are closed you are welcome to make up the class that is missed.
Lost & Found
If your child leaves an item at the studio it will be placed in our lost and found located in our lobby.
Dropping Off/Picking Up
Please note that that the studio opens 15 minutes prior to our first class of the afternoon. An adult must be present with your child if dropping off more than 10 minute prior to class. Please be aware of your chid’s finish time for pick up. If you are running late, ensure your child knows they must remain in the lobby, until your arrival.
Please note that in order for our individual classes to keep, we must have 4 or more students in them. If a class has less than 4 we will combine or offer another class to your family starting in September. You will receive an individual email if this is the case of your child’s class.
Our recital will take place at Father Ryan High School. Our dress rehearsal will be Friday June 10th (mandatory) and our recital will be Saturday June 11th. We highly recommend that your child participate in our recital, as we work very hard all year and this is a great way to show off our skills. This year there will be two shows, Show 1 2:00 p.m. Saturday June 11th, Show 2 7:00 p.m. Saturday June 11th. Your child will participate in one out of the two shows. Please find attachment “GDA 2015/2016 Schedule” of which show your child’s class will participate in. Show 1 will be highlighted in red and show 2 will be highlighted in green. Please also take note of our recital bundles and the costume requirements for your child’s class, this form is due from everyone no later than October 1st, 2015. If you do not choose a bundle then please find pricing listed on the attachment as well. We will split the recital bundle into two different payments. 50% due by October 1st and the remaining 50% due by November 1st. If we do not receive the recital bundle form by October 1st, we will post recital fee along with costume fees that are due by November 1st, 2015 to your account. If you have already planned a family trip or have a conflict with the recital we must have it in writing by October 1st, 2015 that your child will not participate in our recital.
