Grassland Dance Academy offers recreational dance classes for kindergarten through 12th grade in Franklin, TN. GDA is fun and engages our students to explore different dance styles, develop their skills and coordination, and build confidence in a supportive environment. These classes prioritize enjoyment and personal growth over competition, making them ideal for students who want to dance for fun and fitness. Our goal is to create a disciplined, loving and inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy as they walk through our door.

2. Choose the class you would like to attend and select the "trial class"
3. There will be a confirmation email in which you will fill in our release form or fill it in here. TRIAL WAIVER FORM
4. Attend the chosen class!
5. On completion of your class you will receive a link to register.

TLT+F = Turns, Leaps, Tricks and Flexibility
The number next to the time indicates age
Ballet/Tap 1 Hour Class – Is divided into 30 minute increments. 30 minutes of ballet and 30 minutes of tap. The students will switch classes and have at least two different teachers for the two different styles.
Ballet/Tap/Jazz 1.5 Hour Class - This class is divided into 30-minute increments with 30 minutes dedicated to each style of dance. The students will switch classes and have at least two different teachers for the two different styles.
Ballet/Tap/Jazz/Lyrical 2 Hour Class – This class is divided into 45-minute increments with the exception of tap which is 30 minutes. The students will switch classes and have at least two different teachers for the different styles.
Our acro classes will include balletic style acrobatics. This is not a gymnastics class and it will focus on flexibility, walk overs, aerials and more dance based acro.
In order to participate in our jazz classes, a ballet class is required to enroll in.
Must have at least 4 students enrolled by October 1st, in order for the class to remain.
If our classes are full and you would like to enroll your child you will be put on a waiting list.
